SVZ Counseling Services, based in Arlington and Loudoun County, provides secure telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, teens, and families throughout Fairfax — including Fairfax City, Vienna, Fair Oaks, and the George Mason University area. Sessions are available in English and Spanish, with a bicultural approach that goes beyond translation.
Fairfax is enormous and varied — a major university, some of the region's most competitive school districts, sprawling suburbs, and a large, established Latinx community. That range means clients come in with very different pressures: college-age students at GMU navigating independence, parents managing achievement pressure in top-rated schools, and multigenerational families balancing very different rates of acculturation under one roof.
Every service below is available via secure telehealth to residents of Fairfax and throughout Northern Virginia.
One-on-one sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, and personal growth using evidence-based approaches.
Structured, evidence-based support for partners working through communication breakdown, conflict, trust, and connection.
Structured psychoeducational and support groups providing community, shared experience, and skill-building.
